What is involved in liquidating a company?
After completing the order, we will discuss together whether liquidation of your company is possible. If so, we will then send you an invoice and, most importantly, detailed instructions and instructions for the entire liquidation process in the form of an eBook.
Before entering into liquidation, it is important that you settle all liabilities in the company (for example, terminate any leases, terminate employment contracts with employees, terminate telephone services, sell assets in the company, etc.). Especially at this stage, it is important to work with your accountant or tax advisor.
As part of your order, you will receive fully prepared documents from us, which you will send back to us for further processing once the preparation phase is complete.
Once we have all the documents from you, we will process the notarial entry of the company into liquidation, appoint a liquidator and arrange for registration in the Commercial Register, including the first notice to creditors. We do not provide the service of a liquidator, who is usually the managing director or owner (shareholder).
We will urge unknown creditors to submit their claims to the liquidation by means of a notice in the Commercial Bulletin. It will then be up to you to take the next steps to wind up the liquidation (drawing up the accounts, filing the proper tax return, etc.). You don’t need to remember anything, we will provide you with clear instructions. At the end, you will again send us all the necessary documents.
Once we have received and checked all the documents, we will prepare an application for deletion of your company in the Commercial Register and submit it together with all the documents to the court. This brings the whole process to an end. The liquidation is completely handled and closed. The entire process of liquidation of the company from the decision to liquidate to the deletion of the company from the commercial register cannot technically be completed in less than four months.
